We accept: HealthMetrics, AIA Panel, Micare, Micare Dental Tune, Medkad, Red Alert, Mednefits, PM Care, Compumed, EMAS, WeCare, and Miya Panel. Please check with your HR or insurer to confirm our clinic is listed under your plan.
Please bring your panel card (physical or e-card), your MyKad (IC), and any referral letters if required. For app-based panels (e.g. Mednefits, WeCare), ensure your account is active before your visit.
Basic treatments such as scaling, extractions, and fillings are generally covered. Treatments like implants, braces, and whitening are usually NOT included. Please check your benefit entitlements with your HR or insurer.
You can check via your panel app or portal (e.g. Mednefits App, HealthMetrics portal), or contact your company's HR department. Our counter staff can also assist you upon registration.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointed patients will be seen first. To avoid long waiting times, we recommend booking an appointment in advance via phone or our online booking platform.
This depends on your employer's plan. Some panels (e.g. AIA Panel, HealthMetrics) include coverage for dependants (spouse & children), while others are for employees only. Please confirm with your HR.
The excess amount will need to be paid by the patient. We will inform you of the estimated cost before treatment begins so you can make an informed decision. Payment can be made via cash, debit, or credit card.
